I understood the SEC filings did not go out Friday because of technical difficulties. Today was supposed to be the day.

"Rumor" has it that today it will happen. But I've been silent because I thought for sure it was happening Friday. Anyway, I'm just chillin' waiting for the next step. (Like a desert rat being eyed by a hawk).
