Scarecrow -- You dignify Zeem's comments by calling them contrarian. Aside from his incessant whining about losing money and crudely labelling the stock a "pig," "dog," and now "slimebucket," what constructive views has he offered? Then he tries to label me as someone who leads people down the garden path to bad investment decisions. I have never urged anyone on this thread to do anything. Like many others on this thread, I occasionally offer my own personal opinion about an up or down move by the stock, but they are hardly persuasive arguments for buying or selling. Like Zeem, I have made my own stupid mistakes in the stock market. Unlike Zeem, I am willing to take responsibility for them myself and not shift the blame elsewhere. This guy is an amateur who tried a momentum play in hopes of a quick kill and got nailed. Then he compounded his problem by selling in a panic. Now he has to rationalize his panic move by predicting, on no facts whatsoever, that the CMGI plunge will continue down to the 50s.

Scarecrow - I really hope the "undeserved fall" in the tech sector ceases soon I have a 12 and 16 year old that have up till now enjoyed the gains in their small portfolio's (Grand each). I hate to see people lose money particularly early in their investing career. It weighs heavily on the investor psyche. I believe we will see no point gain out of the Feds (smashes the hell out of European & Asian markets); however, this is the new scare along with the summer doldrums. Not good for the high multiples.
Good luck, keep your stick on the ice!
