The E designates that the company is currently non reporting. Under the new SEC regulations the company faces de-listing at the beginning of August from the OTC which leaves the company relegated to the pink sheets until the SEC approves them for reporting status. Therefor some who are unwilling to take the risk of not trading are selling off prior to the removal from the OTC.

Rich the odds are not looking good for year end, the market appears to being correcting and AMCX has not kept up with meeting their objectives, most obvious they should have been full reporting before now
