QCHART users...we should be really getting on these guys for a refund for today or something...they need to feel our pain....I can't do anything without quotes or charts..I am sure most of you are in the same prediciment....so lets not be silent...they need to make sure this never happens again...the more noise we make the more they will get the message/// sorry for being so hostile, but when my machines go down, my customers don't give me any slack and I respond with more than email telling me not to bother me with their complaints and that I will get their machines up when I can and until then, tough!!!!! I let them know exactly what I am doing to solve MY problem and when I expect to have MY problem solved.....
