why we need 3000 ports for each gateway? Why you say it cost $2 million for hardware for each gateway?

Last time I checked the gateways themselves were running about $65k a piece. That's with 96 ports, call it 100 ports to make the math easier. Assuming you can share those ports, say 3 customers to a port, that's 300 customers per individual box. To get to $250k a month at $25 a pop, you need 10,000 customers.

10,000/300 * $65k = $2M, more or less. And you need that in each location, which makes it 16 * $2M or $32M. Plus or minus. That's just for the boxes; you haven't enabled them to talk to anyone yet. :-)
