Looks like it will be awhile, IMO.

The market is sour, and stocks that have disappointed are not
getting any favorable treatment. Given the fact the company is
realatively new, management is VERY new, and there is no track
record on how they perform in adverse conditions...my GUESS is
the funds will wait for proof of cost reductions, etc. before buying.

Took a position in NEON today at 13 3/8 and will double if it gets to the 11's in anticipation of the bounce. Personally I like companies that have 40% of their market cap in cash.

If symbol is blank type in NEON to see todays institutional interest. All stong interest in buy side (200K).
Time will tell but with their cash they aren't going much lower. Enterprise value now at $8 substracting out their cash.
