Someone please correct me if I am mistaken, but I don't believe that there is any market in the IPO rights (pre-market trading) under the new Directed Share Subscription Program (ie. ICGE & USIT). You either buy the shares at the IPO price or you get nothing and like it. You have to risk your own money or margin debt before you can realize any reward on these securities. I intend to take that risk myself. There IS a market in the rights under the Rights Offering program which very well could be used again in future spin-offs per Management. SFE will select the strongest candidates for the Directed Share Subscription Program IMHO. Rob
