blankmind - I'm looking at the T&S action on LII. Big blocks are selling, selling, selling. It might have something to do w/ the sector, but if the stock is strong, it need not tank - SCH is up, f.ex. By percentage, NITE is definitely underperforming the sector (and the market). I am not basing my conclusions on "the past", but rather I'm looking at the action. I can't say, low 40s for sure, but I wonder what the price can do short term with all this selling. Morgan
