Elroy I was just providing my thoughts as you'd expressed an interest on thread of hearing. Sorry I have no answer for you other than those previously given. Your comments about royalties, share price and market cap have not gone by unnoticed, your harping has been heard loud and clear, but those items are not disturbing to me since my sights are set further off in the future than your's are maybe. It could be you'd feel better going short...if you aren't already.

[Elroy] When I asked about Aware's Royalties & License fees I was given this, which also shows up in the Q1/99 10-Q.

Royalties.

Royalties consist of royalty payments to Aware under development and license agreements. Royalties are due from customers upon shipment of chipset or equipment products that contain the Company's licensed technology. Royalty payments are either based on a fixed dollar amount for each unit of product shipped or a percentage of net product revenue.

Contract Revenue.

Contract revenue consists primarily of license, engineering development, and customer support fees that Aware is paid under development and license agreements with semiconductor and equipment manufacturers. The majority of contract revenue is due upon transfers of pre-existing intellectual property, upon the completion of development milestones, or the provision of customer support by Aware.

So if I understood you correctly the answer we were looking for was:

License fees go under Contract Revenue on the Income Statement and is described above. Royalties go under Royalties.
