Given: AMD can't produce an Athlon at over 300 MHz.
Given: The ability to tweak voltage, cryo-cool the CPU, etc.

We can conclude that some AMD K7 parts might make it to 500 MHz, but probably not to 550 MHz or 600 MHz. Therefore:

"You know that the yield at 500mhz will be higher than at 550mhz or 600mhz"
