advice of his counsel." I wonder where his counsel was when he appeared on TV in the middle of an SEC investigation and spouted out all that nonesense, and then repeated it in a full page ad in the IBD. I've been wondering about that, have you? Any theories?

I think he is finally getting it through his head that you just dont mess with certain govt agencies,

I certainly hope this' the case, woody. These issues have gone on and on with NO resolution other than more promises and innuendoes. It's a pretty sad statement that IF the company does what it has to do to get us trading again, that it took an action like this by the federal government to knock some sense into their heads.
