If you are dense, then I am the queen of England! <VBG> If one owns the stock, I am saying that it should be sold. IMO, the timing is premature except for a quick trade on market sentiment shifts. If one does not own the stock, I am saying wait and see if this company emerges as a good takeout candidate in an environment of relatively low valuation. One can use the time to determine whether this or any other ISP might be such a candidate--breathing room to do some serious work on the company and sub-industry. Clearer?
