Without taking sides on this argument(I don't really know what it is about, nor do I care) I can tell you that the times on Yahoo, mapquest, etc. for the Chicago area are sometimes accurate, but most of the time are a joke. To some extent it depends on the time of day and day of week you are travelling(i.e. towards O'Hare on a Friday afternoon, just triple the time) but mostly I would say the time is inaccurate.
