Everyone sells even Gates - whats rotten unfortunately is the timing by AOL mgt to sell shares. And I am sure they decided to sell a while ago, not yesterday. Cause by the time they can get all the forms filed, it takes a few days to weeks to sell. Given the current atmosphere, it just added more fuel to the fire.
