Compaq sues eMachine, parent cos. over patents July 26, 1999 03:50 PM HOUSTON, July 26 (Reuters) - Computer maker Compaq Computer Corp on Monday said it has sued eMachines, a maker of inexpensive Internet-based computers, and its parent companies for patent infringement.
