BEAM is a long-term hold, but a near-term SHORT. Huge volume (50% of float) and large price increase (30%)....this is what shorters dream of. They still have no FDA approval (although likely) and definitely have no revenues yet- thus earnings will not reflect the meaning of this news release for years probably. Yawn....i've seen it too many times....see ya guys @ 24 tomorrow.

Herb Earnings to be released at 5:00 PM EDT on July 28th. They will available on the following web page at that time. It almost like a conference call. corporate-ir.net; I am not sure that is the correct page, but that is what I had. Good Luck Hope it holds its price through tomorrow. Estimate -.05. RMJM
