Jerry Favors, 7/12/99: "[T]here is a 40-week Cycle low due near July 22, plus or minus one day. This suggests any decline in this time frame should be brief. The 72.5- Day Cycle calls for a short-term high near July 27, plus or minus one day." Must be inverting.
