Con-Call is very positive...

No downside so-far:

1. Company has the capital $20M in bank,
burn rate for the last 1/2 year was 6M
(far less than others in the same biz).

2. Advisory Panel has been overridden by
the FDA in optical surgery before.

3. SNRS believes that their data is
"statistically" adequite for approval and
will argue/discuss this with the FDA this
week.

4. CEO is very sharp!

5. No insiders to his knowlege have sold
any shares since the Panel meeting.

NB

Auric,
The more I think about this post I made, the more the pieces
fall together. Tim Marcotte was a young CFO & Director of
SNRS.....certainly had a big future *if* the company was
successful. He was also the point man in the dog and pony
show to Naz officials when it was on the BB.

As CFO, he was "in the loop" on everything. This thread
was VERY surprised that he was fired for exercising his
stock options with a company that had all this potential.

Perhaps he knew something, but for 2 Million, didn't give
a rats ass about being canned...in hindsight, we longs
should have looked into this firing as a "Red Flag" and
done as much DD on that event as we did on the company.

>>>VISX beat the crap out of BEAM a few years back

Yup, though BEAM reached $30 before VISX, if fell rapidly
since VISX had the better machine back then. My "wise" Uncle
in Rye first bought VISX at $4 and held. His advice was to
find one or two great stocks and hold them, that's how you
become wealthy. I thought I was doing that with SNRS...LOL!

Btw, looks like your Tulipmania contest is primed for a winner.
