<contemplating..fresh ingredients> bearcub: Those that contemplate this as their focus today vs. real prep, will soon be contemplating having to eat bugs (real ones), sawdust sandwiches, grass, moldy breads, interesting spoiled foods with pretty green and purple colors, and other such, a la STalingrad, circa l942! Today the veggies! Tomorrow the beggies!

My interest here was stated in my first post. I'm trying to understand why some people are putting so much energy into panicking other people. I didn't get a direct answer to my question so I'm probing for an indirect one. My other interest, never stated, is to get a handle on what other people are doing in order to help me assess what I should do in the way of preparation, since what others do affects my risk. Attention is definitely not an objective. Since I'm new to the thread, I didn't know your conventions. Now that you imply that it wouldn't be rude for me not to answer every post, I will take up less space. Karen
