Hey, back off buddy!

AG's job is to be the heavy; to do what might not be popular. You, I, and everyone else will certainly never agree totally with every step he takes but IMHO he has done a fairly decent/good job. Maybe even a great one.

So far we have not had rampant inflation, a run on banks, whatever.

To see what a bad job is like, look at all those countries who had central bankers who did NOT do things as needed. The pressures built up and their banks, currencies, etc get overwelmed.

...you may be an Idiot... You're the one who started this stream of invective- Q and other tech stocks have gone up hundreds of percent; a correction is to be expected.

Also-- as oil rises and Asia recovers (and its demand for liquidity rises) and Europe tightens, of course rates will rise here- and the window for AG jawboning is probably narrow, as he may have to loosen in late fall due to y2k concerns. In short, he's probably doing the right thing. Cool your jets.
