Janice,
I'm having a little problem with the spoon-bending. Any tips?
ragingbull.com

Seeing that no one has responded to you on RB, here's what I dug up in terms of spoon bending tips.

Here's how Penn&Teller suggest that you do it: randi.org

Additional information: ufomind.com

Best Regards,
John Sladek

P.S., Have you thought of setting up a Janice Shell prosecution fund in order to obtain financial backing for any lawsuits that you might file? Maybe you could go public: lacba.org

A member of the State Bar of California may establish a business to finance the legal expenses of another person's lawsuit in exchange for an assignment of an interest in the proceeds of the claim and a recovery of the expenses although the member had no interest in the claim prior to the assignment

Say, those Clark county records have lots more stuff than what I found when I checked Lexis/Nexis.

Very impressive.

BTW, re. the name "Michael Sylver", this is an unusual name. I checked this two ways.

First, Social Security shows nobody with that name has ever been reported as dead, in their records.
ssdi.ancestry.com

Second, national phone listings show only 2 listings in the country for a "Michael Sylver", and those are among only 11 for a Sylver whose first name begins with M.
