Anyone with the tech knowledge to sort this out ?

I think the links below support the fact that WSTL's LinkReach products for LU support LU's WildWire modems (as per todays LU release re: Wildwire modem)...

LU release:

biz.yahoo.com

Link re: WSTL plug-in for LU SLC 2000 (notice avail July '99)

biz.yahoo.com

link re: "The 5ESS LinkReach System is another Lucent and Westell, Inc. solution enabling Service Providers to easily and cost-efficiently offer ADSL service" - fact sheet also refers to full-rate or Lite DSL...

lucent.dk

And finally: link re: Wildwire and 5ESS-2000

lucent.com

If so, deployment of wildWire = deployment of WSTL products ?

Very strong inferences from CC that as BEL develops, and LU trials continue, the better for DSL and WSTL.

Anyone care to help connect the dots ?

Looking to add to my position by the way, and smell outright manipulation (he prays...)

Regards,

Dave

I sold some 10s and all of my common a little shy of the top, but all in all a better than average WSTL play for me. You are already buying common? So you must be thinking it is already near a bottom. I thought that the earnings report was excellent and it portends another move up, but my gut feel was it wouldn't happen for a little while.
