I saw the rumor also. Could be true. But I'd be surprised if it happened. theregister.co.uk is another point of the rumor. But previous folks I spoke with found staroffice to be wanting when you actually tried to do something with it. My personal belief is that for political correctness, Sun would not get into selling software apps of it's own company.
