The fact I posted to Auric that Tim Marcotte "may" have known something as to why the FDA would not approve, then cashed out for 2 Million with the stain on his record that he was "fired" for wrongfully excercising his stock options? Guess he figured with 2 MILLION, he wouldn't have to worry about unemployment insurance. To be clear, the fact that ODP rejected SNRS has NOTHING to do WHATSOEVER with the LTK procedure, and the magnificent results it produces per Barry's posts. Now as a "stock play" right NOW just may be the best time to load up. We have come full circle from when I first bought on the BB board. I fully believe this will eventually get passed and the ODP was nothing more then a group of people looking for "ANY" excuse not to pass....IMO, nothing more then a politically motivated decision. This reminds me of the feeling I had when the House impeached Clinton for sex & lies, saying it was a "High Crime"....I couldn't quite get over the vicious attacks by the Hipi er' I mean Republican Party, who while voting strictly along party lines, out came Henry Hyde saying it was a bi-partisian vote...what crap! I felt sick that this country would impeach Clinton for High Crimes because he lied about his little blowjob. Then when all the lies those hypocritical, rightous, Bible touting, Family oriented folks told came to light, ala, Bob Livingston, Newt Gingrich (who also divorced his first wife while she was in the hospital), Henry Hyde, etc., I thought Justice has finally prevailed. Of course it wasn't until the more sane Senate looked at all the facts did Justice prevail. Not just prevail, but sent a rebuke to the House, not even giving them a simple majority on any of the charges they brought. I was back in America, away from those fanatic craziods in the House. Back to SNRS, I don't think it impossible a similiar scenario could prevail, but i won't back up the truck till I see the gameplan Russ & Co have. Skane
