Link on alleged manipulation of its stock: businessweek.com 3) Former employee reports FWEB uses PIRATED SOFTWARE: ragingbull.com ragingbull.com ragingbull.com 4) Story independently confirmed by other employees: ragingbull.com ragingbull.com 5) $50 Millions (meritorious, IMO) Law Suit filed by ZSUN against FWEB: biz.yahoo.com 6) Financial position, from 10SB filed on Freeedgar: + Outstanding shares: approx. 7,653,000, plus various Warrants, Options, Rights, Convertible, Notes, you name it, etc... + Balance Sheet: about ZERO, as the $1 Million in Assets approximately balances $1 Million in Liabilities + Market Capitalization: $ 58 Millions, more or less... + 1998 Losses: $1,268,000, up from $373,000 in 1997, on $159,500 Revenue. 6) Conclusion: $1 Million in Assets, $1 Million in Liabilities and $1.27 Million in Losses on $159,500 Revenue for 1998, does this look like the sound Financial situation of a successful Business about to go on NASDAQ?? The piece on XNET has all the appearances of a pay-back against a well known supporter of ZSUN and investor in XNET to the tune of 120,000 shares, yours Truly....

ahoj flodyie May I ask: So what's your point? I didn't see anything in stockdetective's " article " bad about XNET, just their usual derogatory adjectives and innuendos, obviously no mention of Alcatel and IBM. What is more interesting is that you ( the truthseeker ) should put so much credence in stockdetective and it's CEO Lichtman ( I presume he still is based on financialweb.com ) and who, himself, has been accused of failing to disclose on the web that he was paid pitchman for stock that dropped from $2.00 to .02 cents!http://www.techstocks.com/~wsapi/investor/s-22758/reply-391 Is it not more the case that you and FG are sworn enemies and that anything he touches you must ( and now I wonder about your relationship with Lichtman ) attempt to bring into disrepute? Why don't you put some of the time and effort you spend seeking out the truth on finding the dirt on stockdetective or is that too close to home? As a matter of interest I did, some time ago, have a position in ZSUN but sold it at a small profit because I wasn't happy with it. I now have a position ( and have had for 4 months ) in XNET. Please do not link me with FG as he is not my buddy, as I have mentioned to you in PM I was very impressed with your DD on "stinkystocks" ( for lack of a better term ) but now I am becoming concerned about your motives.
