Enough is enough. If Ritchie does not have the shares to hold on to his job then we as the shareholders need to make sure we ram it through his thick skull that THIS IS A PUBLIC COMPANY. He runs this thing IMHO as if it was his private little playground. I am currently searching to find out exactly how much is closely held. He has played games with us for so long and in reality acts as though they just do not give a hoot what we think. It is my humble opinion that we as shareholders need to find the 50.1 percent of stock we need to kick his ass to the curb. I have had it with the games these people play but I think with EFFECTIVE leadership this company could do very well. All of the above is IMHO and I welcome any and all information that could help me in my search. Flames welcomed as well but my guess is that many shareholders are beginning to feel the same way I do.
