I agree. No way ZOZO makes nasdaq by September. I saw in the original merger release where they state their "intention" to list - but I dont see where any application has been filed. Anyone know if an application has to be announced by press release? In my experience rarely does a company actually move to an exchange within 60 days of an application and usually it takes significantly longer than that. Also (and I've said it before), ZOZO sure doesnt trade like there is 130k shares in the float. If the reported float # is accurate, the float has turned over at least 3X in the last week... ONWARD AND UPWARD (I hope)
