When you are losing money and can NOT figure out what to do with the market, the best strategy is to stay away from it.

And let yourself COOL DOWN.
You will lose much more than you can imagine. The panic selling hasn't started.

I think you mean hysterically negative right? Thats what I think but I haven't correctly picked the bottom yet!
