>> Is BRCM still considered a Gorilla considering increasing competition from LU and TXN?

Steve, we've discussed brcm, but never decided if it was an emerging primate, or just a darn good investment. As a result, it was added to JRH's Watch & Wait Portfolio rather than the G&K Index. If it is a Gorilla, competition will be shrugged off easily, but if it isn't a Gorilla, brcm will be in for some frightening challenges, and not only from lu and txn. Cisco and Intel are clearly looking at Broadcom's sector as well.

Steve, who said BRCM is a gorilla? I don't believe that ever fit the profile.
