Hi Robin Hood,

If you're saying IPV insiders were granted options a few weeks before IPV reported a very unexpected first qtr profit I'd be interested in knowing what the exercise price was.

Also, gross margins seemed very high this quarter, can we therefore assume IPV's COGS as being accurate or, as we've seen in the past can we expect a future quarter with a so called unexpected P&L inventory adjustment???

By the way, a quick scan of the Balance Sheet, i.e. liquidity, cash, A/R and A/P looks pretty weak.
