I first came across these guys a few months back - can't remember exactly how. I found their web site at the time, although it has now changed some. Found them again using the 10K wizard site - used "short" and the name of some biotechs. You mostly get junk, but with a cable modem and a few windows going at once you can actually find some interesting stuff pretty quickly. Their stock selection methods are described here: axarosenberg.com Can't see how they apply these to biotechs, and I don't know if these are the criteria they used for their market-neutral funds. I don't think these guys are evil rumor-spreading shorts - just blind quants. Peter
