Do you mean offshore - when you say overseas...There is a big difference. To the best of my knowledge brokers are allowed to divulge only one piece of info. Is the order local???... Yes or No. Why wouldn't Pattison or someone else be selling if they know they could replace the stock with shares purchased directly from the treasury...ie warrants or p.p. It puts money in the kitty of the company of which he holds shares. You can ALWAYS get more paper.
