Sector-One thing that some certainly don't like was only partially addressed in the cc. I am referring to the lack of focus or the perceived miasma that our little company has more on its plate than it can handle. The progress being attained by the IPO of Optical Access and other financings for CW,NAC, and HyperChannel is only prospective at this point and we are already forming another affiliate. Whew! This is truly life in the fast lane, and Edmund says we must move quickly to "seize the day". An Alcatel or Ericsson should acquire us just to improve their energy level. Best regards, Mike
