$11 billion is the wrong number for the market cap of G* based on the publicly traded shares.

I think the 1 million subs in the first year is optimistic. I also think that the airtime used per sub will be a factor as well. These phones will be in GSTRF mode only some of the time, thus the amount of minutes being used is as critical as SUBS #.
