Many of us believe that the third world natives are unsophisticated but I'm sure they'll be looking for a long term US$ annuity that a low grade underground copper mine, copper or its derivatives cannot provide. Something that may provide a hedge against the inflation of their own currency and its attendant poverty. And, worse, Manhattan doesn't have the horse power to do it and neither does the deposit. I said a while back that i thought this might be one of those high-class promotions but I'm not sure whose got the upper hand right now?
