Who said money is a bad thing?

But I would not use my money to feed those monsters,
while I can find better value on other stocks or when those monsters
get much "cheaper." Maybe at 1/10 of current price.

Of course, short them is also the right thing to make money.

Sure, as long as ebay and other inets don't complete their H&S patterns. Otherwise, 20,000 families will have a tough time coughing up the rent....
