I was wondering today when someone mentioned Russell selling if it was those shares he had to sell for the deal to go through. It never made me panic, GNET is one on the few internet companies where the employees and directors seem to know they are sitting on a goldmine...and haven't sold like others have.
Plus, Bill F. just went on vacation. Maybe he wanted a really awesome one. <g> And Maybe Russell would like a nice house...
They all have every right to sell some occasionally IMO.
We do!

O,

The filings may be new but the transactions are old news.
That was the deal made with Paul Allen, Vulcan Ventures.
Notice the transaction date, June 17.

All shareholders were fully aware of the sale of stock from officers and directors.

There is a time period before reporting is to be done to the SEC.
