Evening Ed

Fully reporting keeps investors informed of all details
of the running of the company from 1/4 to 1/4. Everything!
No more stupid questions that we have to try and dig up
from other sources. financials, share structure, law suits
the whole kitankubootal . This is a very necessary step for
any legitimate company to overcome so that you can attract
a much larger investment base and institutional investors.

Best Regards

WB

Being fully reporting mean that the company files quarterly and yearly reports to the SEC. These reports include all pertinent information relating to the company (i.e. income statements, balance sheets, outstanding shares, insider buying or selling of stock, investments etc.

And the yearly report (10K) is audited to provide even more credibility to the information.
