Mike, This thread has rapidly moved to the top postion on the Hot Thread list today. Does that suggest to anybody that there are wandering packs of dogs looking for targets on which to go short, or could this be a general interest in biotech and folks are merely bookmarking the new thread? From SI: Score is calculated from a trend analysis formula of bookmarks and posting activity. The percentage score is roughly the increase in posting activity and bookmarking in the last 24 hours (vs. the last 7 days). Let's see - we used to have one post and one bookmark, which goes a long way to explaining the rapid % rise. <g> Actually the score is 1555% (funny, the title of the thread doesn't sound like a dot.com IPO), so there must have been quite a few bookmarks. Maybe the thread just appeals to people's innate paranoia - if the MM's didn't do it, then that leaves only a conspiracy by the evil shorts. Think what the score might have been if I had come up with a catchy title - maybe "Inside the shorts: all is revealed". <g> Peter
