"Spilt milk" indeed. I seriously doubt that three employees would leave SSPI to start a new Company, Hot Haus, without having a pretty good idea before they left. <G>. One of my many private critics pointed out that at SSPI, "All employees receive stock options, they always have. What was approved on the proxy was an employee stock purchase plan." The question of why so few of the employees owned any stock in SSPI should be left for another discussion...
