Finally!! It appears that ATHM is back in the drivers seat... Its refreshing to see some bureaucrats who actually understand that ATHM's position represents true free market activity and real competition - Hopefully this will spur some action -- either by the FCC to help put this issue to rest once and for all or by competitors to come to the table and move the industry forward as a whole... A series of court fights hurt everyone - especially the consumer...
