Maybe they just said it to keep the peanut gallery quiet........politics.

Again, I would negotiate more time, like 3 to 5 years, or no build, or I would want no conditions. Make it clean and simple, no forced access, period.

Greg I thought that I read somewhere that they will only revisit in 6 if things change with FCC or government issues, if anyone can add to this it would be appreciated.
