Yahoo is my favorite short at this point.

Every other net stock is approaching or breaking through 100 per share. You have to understand that the VAST majority of investors don't understand what a market cap is, and think that MSFT at 100 is the same as EBAY at 100.

The trick is to profit from rampant stupidity. Net stocks tend to travel at the same numeric price range. Yahoo at 135 sticks out like a sore thumb while everyone else is around 100.

I picked up 275 aug 125 puts on thursday and friday. They doubled today.

They'll probably be up 50% tomorrow.
