James-Larry Regis as a week or two ago was on record as saying he expects a JV within 30 to 60 days. Gordon House has completed giving tours to the Majors that were interested in signing a JV with Medinah. Having Gordon giving a personal tour of the property appeared to have been one sticking point in inking a deal.(Nothing like hearing something from the Horse's mouth!) Now that has been done-this week is one possibility for a JV being announced. Next possibility will probably come at the completion of the Geophysical work which is ongoing currently and should be done in another week or two. Final possibility would be after a few holes sunk in the ground to attempt to locate the all important underlying intrusive. It all depends on the comfort level of the Majors in the property with the data available. If they wait too long-and a lot more data is gathered-they will have to pay a premium. You need to be patience to wait until it plays out but I think it is a safe bet that you won't have to wait until next year. Cheers.
