I've also done quite a bit of looking and have come up empty. Based on our combined DD, I think we'll put this one to bed - I don't see evidence of any involvement.

Like you, (and for the same reasons), I don't want to use the word mislead, so I'll say I was confused more by the Raging Bull intro than by the IBC intro:

My first interpretation was (paraphrasing):
...on why Microsoft founder Paul Allen invested $300 Million in Wireless and invested in emerging Wireless Internet Broadband Provider USURF America...

I believe the correct interpretation is (paraphrasing again):
...publishes new report on why Microsoft founder Paul Allen invested $300 Million in Wireless and reports on emerging Wireless Internet Broadband Provider USURF America...
