Gary Dobry (a.k.a. Spider Valdez and Pugs) has since posted many times that "they" obtained the erroneous information about me through Equifax. Remember Mike Sylver's boast that they'd learned all about the AZNT bashers through "covert operations"?

You'd really think BW would have done a bit more checking on this stuff, wouldn't you? Weird. It seems they read the thread, and we've been discussing the Texas garbage--and other details of the AZNT Goons' smear campaign--for some time now.

re. <<I wonder where HITT got the relevent information on Clute, TX>>

I just did a nationwide phone directory search at www.anywho.com, and I came up with two persons with the desired name, and one of them lives in that town. That took me less than 30 seconds. Of course, I'll bet the lawyer billed a couple of hours to do the same thing.

When I did a Lexis search for liens and judgments, I found a couple of additional addresses for persons with the same name, including one in Oklahoma.

It's amazing how much bad information you can turn up with a few minutes of effort.
