here are some of the lowest forward P/E stocks:

FCFC VTR UFAB ANFI VINT NHCH AMMB SVR PZN

normally the stocks with the very lowest P/E's have questions about their earnings cycle, large amounts of debt or other reasons to give one pause.

I like PZN and am long a small position in it. It's selling for about book value, has little debt and has some pretty big insider buying in the past few months at prices higher than these.
