The Signature Group teleservices contract has been in transit since Jan, that I know of. When I was there before Thanksgiving, the neon sign said coming in Jan. Now it is maybe Aug. I'll believe it when the initial influx of business is expanded. TSIG has ramped up internally for the beginning of the deal 2-3 times so far and Henry has said they won't do it again until the actual notification comes in. If Sig wants TSIG to take the load off, then quickly would be necessary with holiday travel plans coming up. My thoughts were Sig was now waiting to make sure the new funding is in place before committing.
