I thought it was a great cc... i don't have a lot to add that hasn't already been posted. great coverage, guys <G>! I'm looking forward to seeing analyst remarks and hopefully new coverage resulting from this Q. As we've been speculating for some time, the spinoff sounds like it will occur. Clearly, at some point, this will be extremely positive to shareholders. It also clears the way to sell any of the other components, as well. Gotta get back to work.

Any idea who the Bank for the OA IPO will be. I know what Noam said, but getting a REAL bank is I believe a critical marker here.
