The good news is the losses are getting smaller. The bad news is it isn't because the company is growing. Sure would like to see some analysis of how much of the drop is due to the shift to a Web services model ("leased" vs. sold software). Perhaps some unit volume numbers or something like that. I can't find anything positive in this report. It is now up to the company to explain to us why we shouldn't expect the company to simply disappear.

Well? We are waiting.

Hank, I'm hoping you really did sell some of your FSTW the other week. I think it was obvious to you that the 300% run-up was not sustainable. Now we're back almost to $3.00 and you could have gotten twice or more as many shares for the same money.

I really don't think loyalty or ethics of any kind is the issue here. You have always seemed like a nice person and I was simply hoping you could get out from underwater on the backs of speculators who'd done zero due diligence.

I guess I am still thinking of you and the civil conversation we had a couple of weeks ago. I've admired your sticking to your guns on FSTW over the 18 months I've followed this thread, and I wanted you to do well. I do realize, though, that this investment will neither make nor break you.

My best to you. peter
